Lux is the result of a long-standing friendship and two related professional careers. We come from the finest products of the hotel industry, tourism, gastronomy, concierge service and aviation at its highest level. Indeed, the essential ingredients for the success of our private concierge service.
We are fortunate to learn from each other’s different and complementary personalities and experiences.
We are driven by the same desire: to open the door to all possibilities.

Lauren
Initiator of the project and thanks to the support of my partner Sylver, LUX is finally the realization of a childhood dream. Supported by my teachers during my school career to the private concierge service, I always liked to make myself useful.
Holder of a license in luxury marketing and a diploma of concierge service specialized for hotel industry, my entire career revolved around excellence and high-end service.
My different experiences have strengthened my ability to anticipate, adapt and excel in order to always be able to respond while being creative.
My favorite phrase “Aboard Simone, it’s me driving and you honking the horn,” which is a definition of my sense of humor, but more concretely of a member’s trust and listening to their concierge and vice versa.
Reluctant to waste time, I am always in action: to learn, meet, discover and experiment.
My mission is to offer my expertise and my irrefutable desire to go further and further to forget the clock which governs our lives.
As Jean Louis Dumas - from Hermès - said:

Associated with the project, it’s with a wave of confidence and enthusiasm that I had the opportunity to put together with Lauren our achievements in order to build a professional synergy to the creation of LUX.
With its luminous connotation, this private concierge service represents the dazzling tree of solutions we detect and use, combined with a radiant friendship.
As for me, I come from a mix worthy of the four cardinal points. In recent years, my slogan has become sophistication and elegance, whatever the culture or destination.
That’s why my experiences have led me to explore the world of luxury tourism on land, at sea and in the air. Suffice to say longitude and altitude have by far become my allies which will allow to us, at the height of your challenges, to assist you in the widest sense.
Being naturally curious and intuitive, I think sharing in the sharpest sense is certainly the perfect parade to time.
And as the saying goes,
“we can give ourselves the time.”
