Submerged by the beauties of the Jura, it’s located in the greenest part of this region with its majestic view of Mont Blanc. This Relais&Chateaux hotel offers a multitude of discoveries, passing a magnificent nine-hole golf course through the Nordic Spa, but it’s at the restaurant level we were able to enjoy the culinary experience by Chef Jean-François Vasseur.
The luxurious, chic and refined setting of the place announces without pretention the level of what was to await us. The service at the bistronomic restaurant has made us feel comfortable and taken care of us in the most attentive and professional way possible. This restaurant doesn’t only offer good dishes in a fresh and balanced market menu, it has also shown itself capable of being a quality host.
Try to imagine this unctuous cloud of county, yolk of candied egg, brown apples, roasted onion and young shoots – with a light breeze and a setting enhanced by a magnificent view of the garden of the seasons, complemented by an accomplice moment, we could define it in two words: the disconnection.
