And it is in this ideal place that exploits chocolate in all its states we rediscovered this temptation in a warm atmosphere. The authentic and modern decoration made of candles and sofas decorated with fleece plaids gives a cozy and warm look. We loved our tasting moment by the fireplace in this real cocoon to savour chocolate in the most beautiful way.
We met Head Pastry Marion Patraud who works hand in hand with Jean-Paul Hévin. One of the most recognized chocolate makers and pastry chefs in the world. No wonder we succumbed to the tasting.
The classic bread-butter-chocolate sandwich is a marvel, prepared in front of you by the «chocolate granny», a journey of flavours that will put your senses in the spotlight, not to mention the hot chocolate with the flavors of yesteryear.
But “Le Soleil D’Or” doesn’t stop there, so for the incorruptibles of chocolate, you can see life all chocolate, with sensory experiences around it.
Imagine offering a massage with chocolate notes thanks to its well-known virtues for the well-being of our skin and our body, or the tasting of chocolate in full consciousness (Hot, tablet or foam) accompanied by a specialist of sophrology to reconnect us to our sensations and better rediscover this pleasure.
For us, the simple fact of tasting a gourmet cocktail composed of rum infused with spread from the chocolate factory and choosing his room on the theme of chocolate won us over.
